  • Manage location sharing through device settings
  • Disconnect Google Calendar from within the app
  • Delete your account at any time from account settings

Google User Data (Google Calendar Integration)

Data Accessed

When you connect your Google account, PTG Calendar accesses the following Google user data via the Google Calendar API:

DataHow It Is Used
Calendar listDisplayed in-app so you can choose a calendar to connect. Not stored beyond the selection.
Event data (read)Imported into the app as schedule items so your PTG Calendar and Google Calendar stay in sync.
Event data (written)Schedule items you create or edit in PTG Calendar are pushed to your selected Google Calendar so changes appear there too. Deletions in the app are also reflected in Google Calendar.
OAuth tokensA refresh token is stored securely in Firebase (server-side only) to maintain the sync connection without requiring you to re-authenticate. It is never shared with third parties.

Data Sharing

Google user data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. It is used exclusively to provide the calendar sync feature you explicitly enabled.

Revoking Access

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the app's Settings screen. This removes the stored token and stops all Google Calendar access. You can also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Compliance

PTG Calendar's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
