By downloading or using the PTG Calendar application, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for 30 days before pursuing binding arbitration in Idaho.

Subscription & Billing

The service is available for $1.99 per month with automatic renewal. We offer no refunds for any remaining portion of a subscription period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

User Conduct

Usage is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires explicit written consent from Solve IT Solutions. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software associated with PTG Calendar are the exclusive property of Solve IT Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Solve IT Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
